Base
- 1 packet (400 gr) crumbled digestive biscuits
- 1 big dollop margarine or butter (to bind biscuits)
Pie
- 450 gr cream cheese (1 1/2 pkts Mercadona cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 or 4 mushy bananas
- 3 large eggs
Method
- Prepare the base by heating the margarine/butter and then add to the biscuit crumbs, mix.
- Place in baking dish to make the base of pie.
- Mix all the pie ingredients with a whisk. Mix well.
- Pour onto the biscuit base.
- Put in oven at 170 degrees for 45/50 minutes.
- When cold serve with sliced bananas, caramel sauce and cream.
